The program was designed so that anyone can use it. From total beginners, intermediate and advanced fitness levels.

Even the most out shape individuals will be able to perform the workouts and see fast results.

Some clients had to start off slow by doing only partial workouts and work their way up. But by simply following the nutrition guidelines included with the guide they were able to start losing weight faster than they ever though possible.
