Motivation To Exercise For Women.
Welcome Motivation To Exercise For Women.
In this final lesson I’ll give you tips that can give you motivation to exercise.
From reading the other lesson you now know how to get a flat belly but knowledge alone won’t help you do it. You need to take action and motivate yourself to be consistent. Being consistent will then yield result which in this case is six pack abs.
But before I get into motivation here is what you learned so far:
To lose weight including belly fat and develop six pack abs you must first know where you are by assessing your body and set goals you would like to reach.
- Elevate your diet and make the necessary change and substitutions.
- Develop your abs threw flat belly exercises.
- Burn off your belly fat with some cardio.
- Add natural and safe supplement to help speed up results. Supplement like Proactol.
- Incorporate strength training to boost your metabolism.
- And finally get motivation to exercise to bring it all together.
Motivational tips.
Motivation does not mean not having to struggle to achieve your goals. But it is the desire to reach those goals. Which is why goal setting can be really motivating. You will lose your belly fat if you have a burning desire to do so, if not you’ll probably end up staying where you are.
If you’re a beginner or don’t know where to start you need to read our Ultimate Belly fat Burning Guide which is specially designed for women. It will help you get the jump start you need which will give you the motivation to exercise.
Different women get motivated by different things. But one thing is universal, you must be realistic. Nothing kills motivation faster than unrealistic goals. If you set a goal to lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks and you only lose 6 pounds. Now losing 6 pounds in 2 weeks would be quite encouraging to anybody but not if your goal is to lose 20. So be realistic.
Which brings me to my next point, allow yourself to adjust your goals. Now you know that your goal of 20 pounds was too high so adjust goals accordingly and keep being persistent.
Some women really get motivated when they train with a partner. If you’ve always trained alone you should really give it a try.
Here is a trick I used to stay motivated. I used visual cues. The brain filters through our though locking in on what’s important. For example, ever notice how many for rent signs you suddenly see when you start looking for an apartment. Chances are they where always there but your brain didn’t need to focus on them.
You can tell your brain that losing weight is a priority by reminding it with visual cues. Once you write down your goals and post them where you can see them your brain will start to help you achieve them. Suddenly, like the for rent sign, you’ll see healthier menu items you may not have noticed before or see bike/walking path you didn’t think you knew where there.
Have fun, if you don’t like the exercise you are doing, switch activities.
Helping someone by teaching them what you’ve learned from this website or books will not only make you feel good but it will make you optimistic when you see how much you actually know.
Most importantly have faith in yourself if I can do it anybody can do it. It’s up to you now to make it happen.
