When I first saw the sales page I was intrigued by the fact that the author covered a lot of the same myths on how to get a flat belly that I do on this site. But I was still a bit skeptical so I decided to go with the

I am glad to tell you that that book did not let me down.
Turbulence Training For Abs is a 79 page e-book crammed with the best workouts to burn the fat and get you six pack abs. What I like is that the author, Craig Ballantyne, splits up the books. The main e-book contains the training part and as one of the bonus you get The Advanced Abdominal Nutrition Guidelines & Meal Plans for Men & Women with Isabel De Los Rios. I enjoyed the diet secrets in this book as well and still use the meal suggestions.
Craig Ballantyne is a certified Strength and conditioning specialist. Which means the program has been put together by a fitness expert. I also like the fact that his customers have access to his blog and his e-mail address. You get the feeling that he really wants to help his customers and is not just interested in selling his book.
My Review
The book starts off with a lifestyle review which is designed to help you get in the proper mindset to start a fitness program and to stick with it. I find this important because a lot people fail to reach their fitness goals due to the lack of proper mindset.
He then list the Turbulence Training For Abs guidelines where he describes in detail how to follow the workouts and provides a clear description and color pictures of each exercise so you can see how they are performed.
All these exercises can be done at home with minimal equipment. All you need is dumbbells and a swiss ball for the strength training part of the program, but if you do not have access to these you can perform the body weight exercises in their place.
My favorite part of the book is all of the ab exercises it offers including some new ways to use an exercise ball to train the abs hard.
What I also like about the book is that it caters to everybody regardless of fitness level. It comes with six week introductory program for beginners followed by a four week intermediate program, which you should perform twice or even three times before moving up to the 16 week advanced training phase. It also has a bodyweight only program (if you don’t have equipment), an advanced fat loss program (for those of you in a hurry), it even has a female specific bonus.
Which brings me to my next point for the women. If you are worried about bulking up with this program because of the strength training part, don’t worry, Craig explains clearly that strength training doesn’t mean bulking up, it only means that you will strengthen your abdominals so you can see your six pack.
But ladies, you don’t have to work towards getting rock hard abs, you can use this book to simply reach your goal of getting a flat belly.
The reason I feel good about recommending this book to my visitors is that I learned a lot from Craig’s book and I know you will too. And the workouts are short which is good for me as I do not have a lot of time to workout during the week.
